Lots of retailers are now offering a “delivery pass” or similar, where you pay a one-off fee for a years delivery. I would definitely buy more from Yours if I wasn’t having to pay for delivery every time. I especially find it’s an issue because the sizing isn’t consistent, often having to return items to buy a different size, and pay for delivery again. Now I’ve been told to order the 2 items and pay for them and they will refund the £40 voucher! I’d emailed 4 or 5 times before Christmas as they were presents I’ve only had an answer today? Too late for Christmas!! Downloaded the app and this is my user journey so far 1. Searched for the item: doesn’t work properly, even if the exact title of the item is used, it returns no result. 2.Adding item to the basket - If item is already added to the basket and you go back to the same item to add another size. It doesn’t ask for the size and just adds the same size. 3.UI of the screen - The way how short/regular/ large sizes are displayed is confusing. 4.Login- after you logs in, the basket becomes empty. 5.Placing order- failed to pay with applepay. The amount displayed on the app was not the same as displayed on apple pay 6. My case is a landscape stand and other companies have both options. Puts me off looking at Yours…pardon the pun. ### 1/5 — Amnesiac Goldfish App is useless *2025-10-29, version 17* Apparently the app is unable to “persist my login” and so immediately loses my basket if I close the app, or use anything else while using the app, or sometimes just randomly while I am actively using the app. It says this might be because I don’t use a passcode? Apparently my signing in is not enough for the app to actually work. There are plenty of apps that don’t even need to be signed into in order to remember things even while closed. I don’t know if it is badly designed, bugged over multiple releases or if this is intentional, I don’t care. This comes on top of the last order I received having one pack of 5 items with wrongly sized contents and another pack having the right size but labelled incorrectly. A third pack was wrongly described on the website. So quality control seems to be completely absent.
