They charge a fee when you try to transfer and when the transfer doesn’t work, they keep the money from the fee. You can’t update anything you just end up going in circles logging in and using a QR code that you can’t use if you’re using the same phone. I don’t know what else you want from me. Then I got to the end and chuckled. Yeah, just TRY signing up for this.🤣🤯 it wants you to scan a QR code with your phone that is on the screen of your phone. It doesn’t even work to take a picture with a different phone and scan that. At one point, it asked you to enter a five digit code that you don’t even know. When you say you forgot it, it gives you the option to unlink your phone. When you do that, it just starts you all over again. Ridiculous. ### 1/5 — How *2024-11-29, version 4.4.10* How can I scan the code whiles the QR code is on the same phone 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Review of Yoursafe *2024-11-27, version 4.4.10* My experience with Yoursafe has been extremely disappointing. I forgot the PIN for the app (not the email or account password), and it turned into a nightmare. Initially, they suggested I reset my password, but I was unable to receive the reset email. Then they started asking me to change my email address, all while requiring me to send in personal documents. I followed all their instructions, provided the requested documents, and kept screenshots of all communications. Despite complying with everything they asked for, the company ultimately decided to close my account without offering any explanation. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Instead of solving the issue, they simply shut me out and left me without access to my data. Got an account no problem. Transferred money in no problem. Then had mystery fees pop up so i tried to transfer my money out. Transfer says it went through and it’s been two weeks and still nothing in my account. Have tried calling and leaving messages, emailing, and using their chat bot on WhatsApp and never got one response from a person!!!! This bank is a SCAM! DONT DO IT! ### 1/5 — Customer support has been ignoring all my attempts to contact them for a week now *2026-04-09, version 26.1.3* I passed the verification process, but after the funds were credited, they told me that my account wasn’t verified, and now they haven’t replied to me for a week. And the support team isn’t responding about this issue either. Very disappointing. I don’t understand what to do ### 1/5 — Non funziona *2025-10-14, version 4.6.0* L’app non funziona. Uso da pc per farmi un bonifico ma dall’app non mi fa vedere nulla mi dice errore e non posso fare niente. Poi si blocca ### 1/5 — STOLE OVER $3400. Its been weeks and my money never got put in my account and they claim it was *2025-09-20* Scam and do not use. They have stolen over $3000 of my money. I made a direct deposit I into my bank account because this is how my employer pays me. It's been three weeks and I have not received a dime of that money. Yousafe finally replied back and said the money should be in my account(after calling many times). It is not. So I replied to the email saying it is not in my account and I have bank statements to prove it. They Reply to that email with "here are the three bank trace numbers". I called Chase, my bank, and they said those numbers me an nothing to them and I have to call the bank that handles Yoursafe and give them the bank trace numbers to find out whose account they put MY $3400 in. That's been a huge nightmare trying to get a hold of a bank in the Netherlands when I'm in USA. They are trying to steal my money --these comments are correct. They are fraudulent. I will open up a claim or get a lawyer if I need to. I need this money to live!!!!
