In addition, YOURS™ fully manages your property so that you never have to worry about cleaning, repairs, and bills, you simply show up, relax, and enjoy.

The YOURS™ app includes the information you need to understand co-ownership, plus information about the locality around each property like restaurants, experiences etc. And the best part — you can browse our amazing listings and start to imagine your future dream home. Listings include YOURS™ homes, which are available now, and YOURS™ Preview listings, which are under consideration for co-ownership.

YOURS™ App is your second home in your pocket. For the owners, this means that you can use the app to:

- Book your stays — the YOURS™ algorithm ensures equitable scheduling according to your ownership of the property
- Track available stay days
- Get full transparency on operating and maintenance of your home
-  Talk to your property caretaker or the concierge 
- Speak on issues, or make requests before the stay(such as upgrades or arranging for any special meal)
