Highly recommend!! ### 5/5 — Great app and excellent customer support *2025-04-09* I downloaded this app yesterday through @AppAdvice. If you haven’t used AppAdvice, please do! It is an unbelievable app! I had some issues with my download so I contacted the Yourstotell support team. I was prepared not to hear back from them, and I did! Their customer service is wonderful, timely, and very helpful. I sit here today with my issue being resolved thanks to their excellent customer service! I highly recommend this app for preserving your memories and cherished photos. ### 3/5 — Hmmm *2025-04-09* Got this while it was free to clear that up and it has asked me to leave a review you can only post twenty five photos at a time and it takes forever to post them so if u want to catch up on the whole life you lived before getting the app and make something really special for your loved ones you might spend the rest of the life you have left trying to get everything you want up so really your just going to have to pick your most favorite things and i guess startfrom now if your looking at a terminal illness or a shorter time limit on your life. and you want to leave so much behind. this will just take way too long. if you want to use it as social media for family youd have had to have convinced them to get it while it was free. and to keep it. or to pay to get it. so they can join you. i cant really use punctuation correctly on this in app review. pop up. so i will stop here if it gets better ill update ### 5/5 — Thanks for the application *2025-04-08* Hope you guys keep working hard to make this beautiful application better. It’s a great way to organize your memories. I’ve been using it to track my kids sports season and even can do write ups summarizing the games. I’ve also been creating albums documenting my family history that I can share with other family members. The price is worth it to have an app that I can share these stories without having to worry about ads or other things I don’t want to see. ### 2/5 — False advertisement *2024-12-17* I downloaded the app because the lifetime version is free today on AppAdvice, after entering my cellphone number and got to the subscription page, there was no option for free lifetime version UPDATE The application keeps on crashing every time I click purchase **Developer response:** Hello, Thank you for your feedback. In order to access the free lifetime subscription, click on the standard lifetime pricing. When you get the App store pop up asking if you would like to buy the subscription, the the popup will show no cost. We are sorry for the confusion. Since the free offer is only a short term promotion, our standard pricing is what is hardcoded in the app and the promotional price only shows up in the store after you click on the lifetime subscription button. The app gives you 3 choices: a trial offer, a monthly offer of 4.99 and the lifetime for 139.99. I did not see the extended offer for the lifetime version. Wish I could post a screenshot to try and help! *ETA*. >>>> I rebooted my phone as a last ditch effort. Now when the app opens, all I have is a blank white screen. Scam? <<<< I attempted to install and activate the Lifetime offer, but once I entered my number, no SMS came through. I've resent it a few times both wide and on data. Nothing comes through. Requires phone number to access the app, outrageous privacy policy. 10+ scathing 1-star reviews with only ONE 5-star review, yet somehow the app is rated 5-stars and none of the negative ratings/reviews factor in… deleted. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. The previous negative reviews were tied to a specific issue that has since been resolved with an update. In addition, family sharing is available for all purchased subscriptions. However, It was not available when we were running the promo for a free lifetime subscription because that specific subscription was already free to everyone. Sincerely, Yourstotell customer support ### 1/5 — Broken App & Non-Responsive Support *2024-12-15, version 1.0.10* I decided to try this app while it was running a promotion, but the experience was disappointing from the start. The app REQUIRES you to sign up and authenticate using a phone number—there’s no way around it. You can’t access any part of the app until you verify a code sent via SMS. Not only is this a frustrating user experience, but the bigger issue is that the verification code never arrives. I tried three different mobile numbers, and not one received the SMS needed to proceed. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I assumed they might have run out of SMS credits or encountered a technical issue. I emailed their support team to resolve the problem, but received no response at all—just radio silence. With zero support and a flawed onboarding process, why would anyone risk paying for this app or handing over their personal phone number? It’s simply not worth it. Look elsewhere—there are likely better options available. ### 1/5 — Prompts you for your phone number!? *DELETED* *2024-12-13, version 1.0.10* This app immediately prompts you for your phone number, in order to send you a “verification code.” No app should be doing such nonsense to onboard you. ( not sure why it is needed.). Then it never sends SMS. So can’t continue signup. Maybe just scam personal data collection. Maybe that was because I got a free copy and it didn’t really want me to have the free copy. It didn’t work no codes ever popped up on my text messages. I shut down my phone and restart it as it could’ve been a reset issue on my end. I close the app and reopen it.
