## What is YourVoice.NOW?

Congress passes the laws that shape your life. Almost nobody has time to read them.

YourVoice. Now turns the bills moving through the U.S. Congress into plain English, lets you take a clear position on each one, and shows you what your own representatives actually did about it.

READ WHAT A BILL ACTUALLY DOES
Every bill comes with a plain-language YourVoice. Now summary alongside the official congressional summary, its sponsor, its current status and its latest action. Flags call out what the bill actually costs a household, and when unrelated provisions have been attached to it — so you can tell in a minute whether it matters to you.

TAKE A STANCE
Support or oppose any bill with one tap. Your position is counted and reflected in the results other constituents see.

FOLLOW WHAT MATTERS
Follow the bills you care about and get a notification when one moves. Filter the feed by topic — economy, education, healthcare, immigration and more.

KNOW YOUR REPRESENTATIVES
See the members who represent your state and district, with their biography, party, office and congressional voting record — including how often they voted with their constituents.

SEE THE RESULTS
Browse how bills were voted on, and how constituent sentiment compared with the votes actually cast in Congress.

REACH YOUR OFFICE
Open your representative's official contact form, call their office, or copy their mailing address. YourVoice. Now takes you to the office's own channels — it never sends a message on your behalf.

BUILT FOR EVERY CONSTITUENT
Available in English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese and Filipino.

Identity verification is optional and powered by Plaid. It is used only to confirm you are a real constituent of the district you say you live in before you contact an office. Your address is resolved to a state and district and is not retained.

Free. Nonpartisan. No ads.

Bill and member data comes from Congress.gov. Representative biographies are adapted from Wikipedia and used under CC BY-SA 4.0.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-30

Now on iPad. A sidebar replaces the tab bar, and Bills, Results and My Reps open beside their list so you can read one after another without going back. Every orientation is supported, along with Split View and Stage Manager.

Also in this update:
• Each tab keeps its own place when you switch between them.
• Forms and settings stay a readable width on larger screens.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-17

A fresh new look, and dark mode. The app now follows your phone's light or dark setting.

"Votes with constituents" now shows the real share of stances your representatives' votes matched, and how many stances it's based on. "Alignment with your voice" compares their votes with your own stances.

Also in this update:
• Confirm your email once, then write to your representatives.
• About now lists where our data comes from — Congress.gov, the House Clerk, the Senate and Wikipedia — and makes clear we are not a government service.
