I am a small business owner with a lot of inbound calls that I can’t usually pick up because of clients. My YouSquared secretary handles them for me and send me notifications with summaries. I’ve recently subscribed to the pro version that lets the AI share my calendar and make outbound calls. It’s the game changer for me at the fraction of the cost of a real human! ### 5/5 — Works great! *2025-08-28* I’m not much of a AI or app guy but this is a game changer for me. Sometimes I get so busy with juggling calls, emails, text messages that at least this helps me with the calls and actually works. Fields the call and knows what questions to ask, then has the capability of offering a solution. Gets all the clients information and alerts me of the message. Then all I have to do is copy and paste that information to my company and it’s done. Can’t wait to see how well it works when I’m on Vacation! My AI has been amazing being able to train them exactly to work. How I need them to respond to my client and give them accurate information. Definitely five stars. I will amend my review if somebody can get in contact with me from this company to help me walk through this process because it is not working for me. Edit- someone did get in contact with me and worked with me to resolve the issue. I rated the app 4 stars now because it works well but it is not simple to turn on and off. It won’t transfer calls to me and the assistant is very slow to respond. One would think that for $30 a month they would have this thing working right. Of course I could not get my money back. I was unable to close it even when deactivating the account, logging out or turning off the features in the app. It still ran, nothing I did stopped it. I had to remove the app completely from my phone to get it to stop running in the background, even after deactivating and logging out!!!! I had the app for several months. I really did like it. I was in the process of upgrading to their top tier. I received a lot of feedback, mostly positive. A lot of scammers and unwanted calls would not leave messages, which was a plus, but as I said, the app would run constantly in the background, regardless of any permission or things that I would do to try to prevent it. I contacted Support via email, I attempted to call, I even use the AI app itself to try to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, to no avail. **Developer response:** Dear user, We're sorry you encountered issues. As explained in our email, we had shipped a "live notification" feature that lets you view a call's transcript in real time and join the conversation mid-call, effectively taking over from the AI. That's the timer you saw at the top of your phone. Unfortunately, we had a bug for a few days and the notification was staying up longer than it should have. It's now fixed. The app developers however have some work to do. I can never get my notifications down to zero. In the mortgage industry, my phone rings constantly, and a surprising amount of that time can be wasted answering spam, solicitation, and recruiting calls. YouSquared acts as a filter for those calls, allowing me to stay focused on my clients and my business without worrying about missing a legitimate opportunity. When a potential borrower or lead calls, they can get the information they need and even schedule a consultation with me on the spot. I tried the free version for a couple weeks and then upgraded to the paid version because it worked so well.
