Поддержка очень долгая, сайт постоянно выдает ошибки. Говорят что делают и исправляют, но видимо там один человек работает над сайтом. У других организаторов постоянно какие-то проблемы с бронированием (то участник не может забронировать, то оплатить, то написать отзыв после). В приложении просто нет необходимого функционала, поэтому размещение туров возможно только через сайт. Далее по порядку: 1. Поддержка работает в штатном режиме с адекватным средним временем ответа для типовых запросов. Если Ваш запрос нетиповой и требует участия нескольких отделов в разборе проблемы, то да, это потребует больше времени. 2. На текущий момент в работе сайта не обнаружено критических проблем. Если у Вас возникли трудности или Вы «поймали» баг, пожалуйста, сообщите об этом, написав на адрес support@youtravel.me. Пока что неясно, какие именно ошибки Вы видите, т.к. ни одного подобного обращения зафиксировано не было. 3. Что касается проблем других организаторов, здесь также сложно судить ввиду недостатка данных: когда и какая была обнаружена проблема, на каком устройстве, на какой версии приложения? 4. Ну и главное - не отображается бронь и невозможно её подтвердить! Даже выбранные даты и количество человек не отображается.
