Ne fonctionne pas avec iPhone 15 pro

Not sure if it’s the hardware or the app. But the camera stopped displaying visual.  All the lights are working properly. Just no display in the app.

No error display, no troubleshooting tips, no developer contact information.. just a brand new, not working, otoscope.
