YoYo is a focused, free, ad-free app for running and tracking Yo-Yo fitness tests.

Start a timed Yo-Yo test with clear run and recovery cues, loud audio guidance, and simple on-screen commands. The app records the final level and shuttle, then calculates useful performance metrics such as distance, duration, estimated VO2max, estimated calories, and progress over time.

Built for athletes, coaches, teams, and fitness testing sessions, YoYo keeps the testing screen simple during the test and moves history, analytics, settings, and science notes into deeper pages.
