On the downside when I reserve, I have to enter my name and coordinates although my profile is up to date. Also some restaurants require you to call them to check availability and reserve, which I can do without using this app. ### 1/5 — re-enter personal info EVERY TIME *2019-05-03, version 3.1.2* So confused about why I have enter my name/email/phone number for every single reservation I make, despite being logged in and seeing all of my personal information listed under the settings. People! This should be fixed asap. Highly annoying. Also, the tool used for finding a date is awful. Why not show an entire calendar view versus scrolling digit by digit through each month? Pretty design does not equal good user experience. ### 2/5 — Not a great app *2019-05-02, version 3.1.2* The app is connected to Facebook and yet asks me to fill out every field any time I make a reservation. You also can’t cancel a reservation through the app. So if you’ve made a reservation at one place and wish to cancel it and reserve somewhere else you can’t. For a very long time the email field was locked and prevented reservations from being confirmed. I deleted the app and used other methods to make my reservations. This has been fixed but still requires me to enter my full credentials even when I’m logged in! If my credentials are available when I’m logged in; why request that information again? I preferred Bookenda since it had a simply interface and a better user experience. I do appreciate the pics. However a whole bunch of restaurants listed on Bookenda CANNOT be booked through YP yet can still done done via a browser. It’s barely able to book a table only if you’re willing to do a few ends rounds to get you the date you want. The search process is horrible and the range of times are extremely limiting. Poor design makes it hard. The restaurant list is actually decent, which gets it the single star. Je l’ai utilisé à quelques reprises et je n’ai à redire. Point négatif : lorsque l’on veut choisir le nombre de personne, la date ainsi que l’heure de la réservation il est difficile de voir les chiffres La couleur choisi laisse à désirer. Ce n’est pas très intuitif. A work around that I’ve found is logout of your profile then log back in.
