I agree with the most recent review. This app was working great. I could do everything I needed to do. Place holds, renew checked out materials, look up location hours, look at the “library of things”, etc. Now, I can’t get anywhere in the app to do anything. Immediately after launching the app I see an “unable to connect to server” error but I have a network connection (either LTE or wifi). Something broke and no one has fixed it yet. I would give this app 5 stars if I could use it the way I was in October 2023!

This app was a wonderful tool until fall 2023 when it stopped working completely.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall in hopes of being to log in but now I can't even get to the login page 

I am able to access my account via my browser by the website is not optimized for mobile phone.

With this app, it took me literally 15 seconds to log in and renew all my books. Fantastically easy to use and super convenient!
