I use me&u all the time, it’s great, you scan the code, go to a website, pick your stuff, press Apple Pay, done.
Why does this QR code not take you to the menu, and instead the App Store even if installed, why is the search based on the business address instead of the name, why do I need to make an account, and tbh that’s where I lost interest and talked to someone.

Forced to install, can't use the website. Can't use Apple Pay must use a credit card with details at their end. I won't be buying food online from venues that use this app

Forcing me to sign in again and saying password wrong.... reset password option non existent!! Deleting app... pity this is used at a uni also.

Hope you don’t starve to death expecting this rubbish app to order food. What a waste of time, after selecting everything, it just goes back to the start forgetting everything you just ordered.
Utterly useless.

I placed an order using this app because the restaurant i called suggested it. I did, payment deducted except now i have to wait 10 minute for an order that wasn’t placed. All i got was “Pending Merchant Acceptance”. I called the restaurant and they didn’t receive my order, so now i had to go in person to make another order and pay for it, again! calling my bank to get a refund because this is app is garbage!!! smh

I used this app all the time, it was great. After a recent update it logged me out & now I have to sign in using Facebook. I don’t use Facebook so now I don’t use the app. A disappointing change to the log in function.

Ordered food for the first time with the app hoping that i’d be able to skip the queue because yqueue right? Wrong. The restaurant didnt even recieve my order. They had to fiddle around with the tablet until it popped up which meant i had to wait an additional 15 minutes on top of the 15 minutes i’d already waited for my food.

Have used better preorder apps like Skip. Could improve 100% if the app would remember your history and you could quickly order your fave. Seem to have to order from scratch every time.

Disappointed that the latest update now enforces location tracking. I only use this app to pre-order my regular order from my regular cafe. I should be in control of my privacy and be able to order my ‘usual’ in two-three taps and no location tracking.
