Constant promo notification bombardment with no way to opt out. Just what I need- a ride app setting my phone off all day. No way to contact other than a generic support email. What is wrong with you people?

This app is annoying. I have tried to delete this app and it won’t. I’m sure to app is okay but I want to stop the insensitent emails.

I tried 
You try to request a ride they deduct the money from your account and there is no driver you wait you wait you wait then the driver except the trip but he driving away.  they take the money for your account? Then you have to call there is no one answer the phone or there is no phone to call text the money is gone that’s why not succeed you need to give me my money back it was 16 $

This is the worst app I have used. The app has countless bugs and the support level is horrendous; tried emailing them but never received a response from them. The drivers never arrive and the same driver will accept the ride if you book another post cancellation.

Not quite ready for prime time apparently. Although this part of the app works, the field to enter a destination doesn’t. Nor does the contact page.

I have tried to book a ride using this app for a week straight but they do not have nearly enough riders, I can’t seem to take my first ride due to this, so this app is for sure a waste of time. The price looks good but that doesn’t matter if I’m unable to actually get a driver willing to drive

The driver arrived 10 minutes early, then drove away without contacting me. No notification of arrival. I went outside 5 minutes before the scheduled time, he was already gone. Called him on the phone and he gave some excuse about the ride being canceled. It wasn’t, because I had to manually cancel it myself. I was headed to the airport and this almost caused me to be late. Awful experience. Thank god for Uber.

I booked a ride, it was supposed to be for 6 bucks imagine my surprise when I was charged over $250.  Once I discovered the overcharge I went to the app and hit the customer service chat.  I didn’t get a response so I email them.  They quickly responded and stated they had already initiated a refund but I would have to wait 3-5 business days.  I further complained and they offered me a $15 credit.   I promptly asked them to close my account.

It’s new and it’s a work in progress. I have saved monies on this new Rideshare App. Driver owned. Monies goes to drivers and their marketing. It’s not perfect but works well if you book a ride with a driver. Especially from Airport. Many are in and around the cities of Sac, LA, SFO, and SJ. 
Great drivers. Clean cars. It’s still new so of course may have some challenges. Give it some time!

The app doesn’t work for me anymore. Despite how many times I close out or redownload it, it won’t work for me. 

Prior to these issues, I’ve absolutely preferred this rideshare service about all others. 

Why?

Because it was cheaper, super user friendly, easy to navigate and it was great because you can choose your driver (if you care that much). 

My only complaint of the app besides it not working anymore is that sometimes the drivers would cancel after I waited 15 minutes for them to arrive, then all of a sudden I’d have to order another ride, or they took longer than the app predicted. 

Other than that I highly recommend this app - and will be delighted to make a revision on the review as soon someone can help me figure out why it’s not loading for me. My friends who use this app are also experiencing the same issue.

First off, if I can’t find a way to turn off al the spammy notifications, I’m going to go back to Lyft and uber. The prices on this app are better for both the driver and rider, but I’m so sick of getting ad notifications, that I can’t turn off and get just relevant ones. The app has basically no support or features either.
