Et aucune réponse de mes multiples messages au support. ### 1/5 — Ne fonctionne pas au Québec *2026-03-08, version 1.0.21* Comme dis dans le titre. Le SMS ne s’envoie pas pour confirmer le numéro de téléphone si c’est un numéro canadien (ou en tous cas québécois) ### 1/5 — Inutilisable *2026-02-24, version 1.0.21* Nul, la photo de pièce d’identité se fait automatiquement et parfois avant que le focus soit bon. Mes prises avaient l’air bonnes néanmoins mais refusées plus d’une dizaine de fois automatiquement et trous fois après revue. Je fais comment ? ### 3/5 — impossible de créer un compte-v1.0.21 *2026-02-09* même avec une carte d’identité nouveau format et plusieurs essais dans toutes conditions de lumière et d’éclairages , avec ou sans lunettes, bien rasé ou pas, impossible d’arriver à l’étape de validation éventuelle par un humain. Merci de préciser si le document doit être en paysage ou en portrait, vu que la fenêtre de l’appareil photo est, elle, au format portrait… Mais quand on essaye dans cette orientation, l’image est souvent floue car le message demandant de se rapprocher du document reste longtemps. et un bouton noir en-dessous, type déclencheur, apparaît parfois : si on ess eu de cliquer dessus l’image bouge, si on ne fait rien les 4 coins continuent de clignoter, bref ça foire et ça agace. Si on arrive malgré tout à faire passer à l’automate le recto et le verso, la suite de la procédure n’est pas assez claire, on ne sait pas s’il faut enlever ses lunettes (bonjour les reflets dedans vu la distance très faible à laquelle on doit se positionner) ou non, mais avec ou sans , si jamais ça finit par être validé, au bout de quelques secondes on a un message nous informant qu’il faut tout recommencer… largement perfectible. Sans parler du mot de passe —numérique seulement et à 6 chiffres— qu’il faut renouveler tous les 90 jours. Et si vous l’oubliez —ce qui arrivera fatalement après deux ou trois renouvellements, puisque cela ne doit pas être un nombre qui vous soit relié (code postal, num de tél, date de naissance…) il vous faudra recréer un nouveau compte !!!! You’ll try to contact customer service three times and they’ll never get back you you… ### 1/5 — Ridiculous app. Terrible. *2026-01-17, version 1.0.21* SMS code was NEVER received. Your app suck. Remove it and go do something else. Your app is TERRIBLE ### 1/5 — Simply doesn’t work *2026-01-14, version 1.0.21* I used multiple different forms of ID in perfect lighting conditions and the app kept saying authentication had failed. Useless. It also captures before you’re even able to stabilise because there’s no manual capture option, terrible user experience ### 1/5 — App is crashing *2025-12-27, version 1.0.20* Haven’t been able to log into the app in a while and it keeps crashing the moment I tap the icon.
