## What is YRMOVE?

A simple platform that allows health practitioners and personal trainers to record prescribed exercises and share them with clients. 

Health practitioner features:
- Register a company account and add your team
- Create detailed plans for your clients by adding notes and rep schema
- Record your clients performing the exercise and add the videos to each plan
- Add new clients on the go and share prescribed exercises

Client features:
- Login and view your plan and exercises
- Track each session and your overall progress in a calendar
