Yeah there is a bus, the thing is it’s a 13 minute walk which is what I was trying to avoid. Might try via calling but it’s pointless to say you can book via the app and then have the app tell me that actually I can’t because there is a bus that’s a 13 minute walk away from me. Seems pointless tbh ### 1/5 — Terrible service, terrible app. *2026-07-06* If not bc I don’t drive I would’ve deleted this a long time ago. They don’t ever wait for you and they drive off before you even got there. A yrt that I booked decided to drive off even after they just arrived. They hire unfit people me and my sister got in 2 separate crashes in the same week with the same driver. And they wouldn’t even reimburse us. ### 1/5 — the phone number log in code. they sent me is not working *2026-04-02* the phone number log in code. is not working n email too ### 1/5 — Need Improvement *2026-03-24* For Paratransit, seniors with disability need to go to hospital please allow them average travel distance which is 30km; my elderly father has to get off midway with his walker and call me to book uber for the other half (maybe limit to once a week usage for 30 KM please for medical reason) - currently there is a limit of 20km for paratransit - maybe allow them to travel within york region & charge a bit more. Thank you. ### 1/5 — Arrival texts are bogus! *2025-09-17* To actually get a ride on this app, you need to stay up till midnight two days prior to when you want to get a ride in the morning. Also, the warnings that it gives you for timing arrival of your ride are also bogus because a 15 minute warning is actually really only four. The drivers and the cars are great when you can finally get in them, but the app is horrible . ### 1/5 — Never on scheduled time. *2025-07-29, version 4.22.2* They either come too late or too early and don’t have enough drivers to make up for that. For example when I book a ride to work at 10am they usually arrive 10-20 minutes after that scheduled time. And if they arrive early, they leave and cancel your ride, then the next ride you try to book comes about 30 minutes later. Update: Now as of recently, there have been NO times available to book a ride before or after work!! HIRE MORE DRIVERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the most ridiculous, unprofessional business of all time. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-07-04, version 4.20.3* It never waits for you and it doesn’t come to your exact location and ur there waiting for it to come. Worst app ever ### 1/5 — Can’t even open app *2025-06-12* This app is awful. It has potential but I can never open the app and even deleting cache doesn’t help. Have to try through portal which doesn’t always work either. Very helpful, takes care of my Walker placing it in the trunk and then ensures that I am safely seated and buckled in. I couldn’t be more pleased with this service. It’s just terrific. ### 5/5 — Lovely Service *2025-05-07, version 4.20.2* Great service but I would try to book people together to not waste time and gas for drivers. There was a pickup at my stop 20 minutes before my pickup. I could have joined the earlier pickup to not waste time.
