Sócrates (479-399 a.C.), filósofo grego, extraiu uma frase desafiante de uma antiga inscrição, o “conhece-te a ti mesmo”, sendo inspiração para que Santo Agostinho (354-430 d.C.) elaborasse o conhecido tripé “conhece-te, aceita-te e supera-te”.  Neste versículo do Evangelho de São João encontramos a verdadeira motivação para o autoconhecimento: a liberdade, para sermos autênticos no reconhecimento de nossos limites e na consecução dos objetivos traçados. Saber a verdade sobre si é desafiador e, por vezes amargo, exigindo doses de coragem, olhando para si sem máscaras. Esse aplicativo busca ser uma ferramenta para a descoberta do próprio temperamento baseado nos estudos em caracterologia do psicólogo e filósofo francês Gaston Berger (1896-1960), através de um simples questionário focado em três dimensões fundamentais: emotividade, atividade e ressonância.
