## What is Yuhu Resident?

This app is only available to residents living in buildings using Yuhu. Features will vary depending on which Yuhu modules your property team uses! Depending on your property’s configuration, features of this app include:

Maintenance Requests: Let your property team know when your unit needs a little love. Seamlessly interact with your property and maintenance teams to make sure your space is in tip-top shape!

Building Communication: Be the first to hear about events hosted by your property team to scheduled building maintenance that might impact your day. You’ll always have up-to-the-minute communication about your building using Yuhu.

Amenity Bookings: Want to use the new roof-top deck? How about booking some space for a meeting? Easily book the amenities in your building when you need them.

Payments: Pay one-time and recurring charges using direct withdrawal and/or your credit card. 

…and a whole lot more! Review lease details, update your emergency contact information, manage your renter’s insurance, respond to property team surveys, and so much more!

This app is honestly terrible. It’s slow, buggy, and poorly optimized. Notifications don’t work at all, pages constantly freeze, and the app feels unfinished overall. For a resident app, basic functions should work smoothly, but instead it’s frustrating to use daily. Definitely needs major optimization and quality improvements.

I have been using this app for a year since I moved into my building. No push notifications on this app, why is this not a priority fix? Who is the product owner?

Works as intended, a lot of the negative reviews are t really related to the app. Could be a device compatibility issue.

The on-boarding could better. 

Would be better if there was no fee for credit card payment. A 1.5% fee is not worth since most cash backs are 2% 

Lastly, switching tabs has a bit of lag in between.

My building switched to this app for residents and it is constantly kicking me out and telling me my email address is not valid. 

I have to repeatedly remove it and reinstall it, utterly inconvenient.

Over all this app works reasonably well, except the push notifications. I have never been able to get a push notification sent, despite checking in my general settings and in the app itself. I even deleted, and re-added it. I definitely accepted notifications, but still never get any.

You guys really need to fix the app. Right from the start it doesn’t even work. It’s doesn’t even let you sign in.

This is the most infuriating app to deal with! I had to setup autopay for my rent. But when I go in to try and edit or delete autopay it pops up saying there’s a error and the request couldn’t be made!!!! So many bugs, won’t even let you pay on the app, the screen just turns black and the app closes.
