When I re-downloaded it my old account got lost and I started all over again. I tried requesting help from customer support but all they have to help you is some FAQ page that says “ALK TO A HUNAN CUSTOMER SERVER” But literally you can’t. You can submit a request for help, which I did and I provided my personal email to contact me and nothing. I can’t even see the request I submitted. It’s very weird but I’m telling you, they make it EXTREMELY easy to take WHATEVER payment you want, but any issue at all, ever, they made it impossible for you to receive any kind of help.
