If u try to tap the settings icon to change playback speed, it’ll crash. You used to be able to increase playback speed and keep the person’s actual voice, note it sounds like a chipmunk. Garbage. ### 1/5 — Worst App I Have Ever Had To Use *2025-12-02, version 1.2.0* I never leave reviews for apps. This one is so bad I had to write a review. So many small mistakes that make this app a nightmare to use. I can’t go full screen, can’t switch between different video feeds, the video speed multiplier is extremely annoying, and more. It sees like they update the app once a week and each time there are more problems. Firstly, when you go full screen on the app, pressing the full-screen button only enlarges part of the video instead of covering the entire screen. The only way to fix this is by resizing the app in Stage Manager, after which it finally goes into proper full screen. However, let’s overlook that for a moment, because the whole reason I wanted to go full screen was to actually watch the video. But no—it doesn’t even do that properly. This issue often occurs whenever the video buffers, even just once, including when it’s loading from the server before playback. If, for example, I was watching from a certain point, the app doesn’t even save the last position I was at. And even if I remember the timestamp and manually return to it, the audio plays normally, but the video remains frozen on a single frame. Honestly, the website is more useful than the app—that’s how badly it performs. ### 1/5 — Yuja upload *2025-09-07, version 1.1.1* Your app is not working at all. I can’t upload anything to my media. I do it, but it doesn’t appear there. I click search, but it’s not found. It doesn’t allow you to exit the app and keep watching like other services making it so you need two devices if you’re note taking on an iPad. On my iPad, I can’t minimize the video screen to watch videos and take notes simultaneously. I also can’t use the split screen option, I can only watch the video if Yuja is the only viewable app. On top of that, I can only watch videos in one layout, and I have to turn my iPad vertical just to watch anything, very annoying. These limitations make it hard to use the app effectively for multitasking or productivity.
