Cars never at designated spots.
Your first 20 minutes of every Booking will be wasted by trying to chase down where the last person left the car. They have GPS trackers, but those GPS trackers are not updated with the map locations of the car. People will return a car 15-20 minute walks away or an a poor GPS signal location, and you will not be able to find the vehicle easily or even at all.

Run away - they will clamp and fine you when they can in Dublin
As I tried to return my car to its original parking slot, I noticed the slot not being available anymore. I then proceeded to park the car on the same street where i saw another free slot, between 2 cars, 5m up.
This morning I discovered in shock I had been fined 150€ as the car was fined for taking up apparently 2 bays and clamped (which doesn’t make sense given that I was parked between 2 cars).
Yuko customer service told me « well you should have called us and we would have advised you another spot for parking ». As if I had time to call them when my reservation was about to finish and when I was already running late.
This is inacceptable and I demand compensation.

Doesn’t work
Giving it one star because there is no lower rating. Unusable. Literally unusable, at least on my phone (iPhone SE). Does not display lock/unlock buttons. Kind of important feature missing there. Obviously never been tested properly. I’m going to have to try the competition.
Overall bad app, but bad system too
The app works slow at best but terrible most of the time, keeps getting stuck on the time of drop off, you have to search station by station instead of inputting you desired times and then be showed the available cars… overall bad design. But worst of all, when you finally are able to make a reservation, the car is not parked where it should be and the app doesn't let you cancel the reservation to make another one. Very disappointed
