### 1/5 — Dangerous to use and useless UI

We were six girls riding the bikes ar night, the bikes stopped in the middle of the road at midnight and put is in dangerous situation. We had to drag them on our own to the nearest station which too was so hard to find and just 500 meters before reaching the station and we also call their services at that moment and they say the station is right. next day they call us and say your refund will not be processed. The customer service is giving grave excuses about having wach and every bikes close up pictures. We gave them the address showed them the logo of their station on the spot and they claim its not their station. Unbelievable that this how they deal worh customers. The customer care was rude and kept on avoiding our concerns and kept saying that we cant help or well raise issue, but why are we being harassed for suffering already at their cost? Why is it that we as customers have to pay for the mismanaged services, bad customer care and peace of our minds and safety is compromised. Fortunately we were in a safe region but if someone ends up on a shady spot or scary situation t he bike will just stop and you cant even abandon it forget finding a safe place.

Yulu is buggy. It will end the ride automatically in some random place in the journey. They will charge you penalty for that and will never refund. They have the worst customer support, they will not provide any resolution, they will respond back after 15 minutes for every message in a live chat. Agents will change in the course of your conversation and each person will ask you the same questions and will not respond back.
Yulu is such a scam.
Yulu is SCAM. Don't go for it.
I really appreciate the initiative but their app and support are not worth it

I rented Yulu 2 days back and after 2 days I changed the battery and within 2 mins its got discharged and I have to take bike by walking to the battery exchange stop. On 3rd day morning when I tried to start the yulu bike it suddenly stop working and shows in app issues found. Then I paid 100 for auto to reach yulu store manpada thane. I reached around 1.50 and there was no one. One mechanical says its lunch time 2-3pm but I reached 1.50pm. There should be someone who should stays at workshop. How all staff goes for lunch together. This is totally unprofessional. My time wasted and I rented yulu for delivery purpose but yulu service is worst. Within 3 days I have to changed the bike and they might be charging for swapping.

### 1/5 — Unfair Penalty Charged While Passing Through Red Zone

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent incident involving an unfair penalty that was charged to me while I was using a Yulu bike.

I was returning from the market with approximately 6kgs of vegetables, using the same route I took earlier without any issues. My phone remained in my pocket during the ride, and at no point did I receive any notification, IVR call, or alert indicating that I was entering or passing through a red zone.

To my surprise, the Yulu bike suddenly came to a halt mid-route. When I took my phone out to check, I discovered that I had unknowingly entered a red zone. I must emphasize that I did not park the vehicle in the red zone – I was merely passing along its edge, completely unaware of its boundaries due to the lack of any timely warning or notification.

While I understand the importance of abiding by local traffic regulations and red zone restrictions, it is also imperative for your service to ensure that users are properly notified in real time. Expecting users to constantly monitor their phones while riding is neither practical nor legally permissible.

This experience left me stranded in the middle of the road under the scorching sun, and it was both physically exhausting and mentally frustrating. I felt penalized for something I was genuinely unaware of and had no control over.

I urge Yulu to investigate this matter seriously, as I believe this incident reflects an unfair business practice towards customers.

This is my kind request to all the user who want to use this app and ride a bike that please don’t install it, as i installed this app they take ₹500 as initial amount for usage and after paying and using this i did stopped the bike in yulu point and they have raised a penalty of ₹200 for no reason!!
I did parked on the yulu point and i did not violated any rules as they specified but also they are cheating people telling GLOBAL PENALTY and charging ₹200 for that. thats not fare!!
I wont use this bike and app and please read this before you ride the bike and install the app

Used yulubike today and have also used it in past a lot of times but what happened today it wasn’t acceptable at all
So firstly yulu take 500 as security deposit and extra 50rs and we only drived it for like 1km and already our balance got into negative and the yulu stopped in middle of the road
Now the ride was neither getting end nor it was accepting any more payment and was asking for identification proof at that time and even that got failed. So basically we are in the middle of the road and yulu app has nothing to offer

The app allows one to find yulu zones and availability around one’s current GPS location, but if I want to preemptively check the yulu zones (just even their location if not availability of bikes) for a location that I’m heading to (not around my current GPS location) is impossible!!! If I try moving the map to check, it forcibly snaps back to my current location..

My phone got off I Parked the yulu where I saw other yulus standing and I went back and charged my phone and ended the ride but they charged me penalty saying that I didn't not park it in yulu zone, well for that track your vehicle not my phone for location. I tried talking to the support but they have hired such incompetent staff who has no communication skill. I informed them my phone was off but that genius was still asking me for picture and it seemed like I was breaking my head against a wall. I liked using yulu but I guess one bad experience ruins it all. its not usable in emergency where your phone is switched off until unless you are willing to pay random penalties. They call random spots parking zones which can either be recognized through app or other parked yulus.

Used to be a regular user of the app until a few days back where I took one of the bikes and paused it for a few minutes at near a store, when I came back found out that the bike ended the ride automatically. Had to pay the penalty just to take a bike back to the Yulu zone where I took it from. Contacted support to get back the penalty which was wrongly charged they never did. In app chat support was the worst and for email I never when got back a response. Never using the app again.

Past two weeks all the Yulu zones in and around my area is empty( 0 vehicles available). Even the neighbouring area all zones are empty. They have not replaced low battery vehicles. My Yulu money is stuck in the app and that money is completely useless without any vehicles available. 
Next time onwards will not add money to the account. Been using Rapido, Uber for past two weeks.
And there is no Helpdesk to report it, chat support has FAQ’s which are useless, and ends chat on its own if I try to report this issue.
Really irritated  now !
