I have setup a call 4 times in the last couple weeks. No one called me. Only response I get is through email reminding me for a call that never happens. Thanks for no help. Phone lines don’t work either, call drops.

Tried out the free trial and the company doesn’t do anything besides tell you to quit gambling. Have to pay hundreds per month just to talk to someone when you could literally do the same with a family, friend, or therapist. It’s just a money grab preying on addicts who want help and they monetize by selling fake products that don’t work. Avoid this and seek real help

I was so addicted to “gacha” games that simulate traditional gambling - I’ve thrown away thousands of dollars into gaming. This intervention allowed me to slowly detach from the impulse and gave my mind the space to actually regulate my emotions. I never thought an app would be the best solution.

I signed up and immediately changed my mind on day one once I seen they charge an additional $249 for a councilor. They give you a free trial. I canceled on the first day and here I am a week later and they still haven’t deleted my account. I think they’re trying to keep my $100 by saying I didn’t delete during the trail time but I’m keeping track of all my calls and I got refunded from my credit card. I call them everyday and everyday they say they’re busy and they’ll call me back and they never do. Do not download this app!
