Every time. *2025-10-02, version 2.0.46* Their app is terrible. Every time I place an order, they call back 30 minutes later to tell me that half of my selections are sold out. They have some of the best sources of meat, produce, and essentials as opposed to my neighboring grocery stores. They’re super quick to deliver (after I place my order and they’re usually at my place within 15-30 mins which is way better than Instacart) and their fees are super reasonable, as I usually get free delivery for my orders. These guys carry a really good selection of products and their delivery is probably the fastest and most reliable in LA. They are also probably one of the last apps that still offers phone support if you need help, while all other apps have switched to strictly chat support (which can be a headache) being able to call directly to one of their stores makes me feel a lot more comfortable when placing a large order. They carry some great craft beers and wines.
