The phone always says another device is connected. The drone is junk now. The two blue light flash fast be aware before buying this brand. When I try to locate my drone it says it’s hours away on a school roof! Second flight I was in a tight space, under some trees; When I hit the return home switch, it went straight up into a tree & crashed onto the cement; I didn’t know it would go up to land; The video shows the crash very awesome!!! The emergency stop window opened unintentionally & instead of closing it, I switched it on; The drone lost power & hit the asphalt upside down!!! I had to do some bending & two motors were jammed; I was able to make it fly again but it’s a little unstable; Still considering, this is a very tuff drone & still flys after two hard crashes; I hope I can get it repaired!!! The screens states network error and there is no way to go back or use the iPhone without this forced upgrade. All connections are correct c Phone for customer service is not a working number. No ability to chat The screen menus on the internet website don’t work.
