I topped up my card to run Facebook ads, and the money stayed pending for 3 days. When I contacted customer support, they said there was nothing they could do about it. I also paid $2 to open an account, but for over a month now it still says “under review.” Customer support Tifang keeps saying there’s nothing they can do. They take your money without providing the service you paid for, delay everything, and only process things whenever they want. I would not recommend using them.
