Now the programs are all messed up. The time showing on the tv for catch up programs is all wrong. Also, it is too difficult to access programs now and also to forward and rewind. Now it is asking to update the app on my IPad too. I am trying not to. However, the app is not opening without the update. How can I avoid the version 9.4 update ? ### 4/5 — Yupp TV App *2026-04-28, version 6.6* Everything is very good. Need to increase the size of alphabets to facilitate the visibility power for older viewers. Currently a serial does not finish in allotted space, so provide couple of Minutes extra space, so that that we don’t have to go to the next serial’s space. Once I made the payment for the subscription, their customer support became completely unresponsive. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, they simply wouldn’t answer any of my calls. However, they have no problem constantly calling me to push for renewals and new subscriptions. Additionally, YuppTV has a misleading policy regarding the use of secondary devices. They charge extra for using the service on a second device, which was never clearly explained during the subscription process. This hidden charge feels like an unfair tactic to squeeze more money from customers. Overall, I would not recommend YuppTV. It has been a complete waste of money, and their poor customer service only adds to the frustration. It’s a nightmare. This paid service charges more than Netflix, yet it’s packed with ads. A classic case of double-dipping by a greedy service provider. They replace live channels with local advertisements, and their unreliable system often fails to switch back properly, leaving viewers unable to watch the live channel at all. This should be investigated by the relevant authorities. They’re taking money from customers while failing to provide the service they’re paying for. I tried playing videos from this app in TV, iPhone, laptop and its the same issue everywhere. They don’t have a team to support this. I sent an email to customer support for refund on the day 2 of subscribing, but there is no response.
