Step by Step
When a large number of options feels overwhelming, yurua helps you find a starting point. Instead of asking you to analyze your feelings, simple questions help narrow down your choices until only a few manageable options remain.

Zero Pressure & Veto Power
Built with Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) in mind. If yurua suggests an option and you immediately feel resistance, you can silently tap to fade it away. You always retain the final say, without any friction.

Visual Silence
Every screen is designed to be a calming visual environment. We replaced harsh lines, bright colors, and unnecessary visual elements with smooth edges and slow fade animations. It is a quiet space that does not demand your attention.

"You Choose For Me"
If you have low energy or struggle to identify what you want, the "You Choose For Me" button is always there to help you. You can tap it to let the app select an option for you at any point in the process.

Saved Options
Save your most difficult daily choices—like meals or morning routines—as reusable lists. Access your saved lists with a single tap, so you do not have to type them out when your cognitive capacity is low.
