Nous avons demandé aux équipes de Ria Shop un CRM qui devait se synchroniser avec notre logiciel de facturation existant et nous permettre de partager en temps réel via le CRM et gagner du temps en synchro de devis. Mais leurs équipes ont mis plus de 6 mois à mettre en place l’outil CRM car aucune des infos enregistrées par un utilisateur n’était transmises au destinataire, tout en continuant à nous prélever et refusant toute remise commerciale pour cette application inutilisable. Aujourd’hui on nous oblige à rester engagés 3 ans sans aucun geste (on nous propose exceptionnellement -15% des travaux complémentaires) ni formation de recyclage pour un outil qui n’est en réalité qu’un répertoire partagé hors de prix. Une belle arnaque.
