This doesn’t make sense and wastes so much time. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for sharing this review. You do not need two logins to sign up for a class. You only need the email address associated with your membership to log into the app. If you have an active membership, this should allow you to make a reservation for a class. I hope this is helpful! ### 2/5 — A big step back from previous app *2025-03-05* Really not enjoying this app. Weird behaviors asking for a lot of log ins and the loss of being able to put the membership card in Apple Wallet was a feature that is really missed and should be added back in. ### 1/5 — The app just gets worse *2025-01-19* I can’t load my card, I can’t load the right Y location, I can’t do much of anything with this app. New apps keep launching but they are worse than the previous. At least in the old app I could add my membership to my Apple Wallet. To use eCheck In now one has to find the app, open it, then click eCheck In, very retro. And do not get me started on how many times one has to enter their log on credentials! WHY, WHY is biometric login not supported? The app only populated with a barcode for me to scan in and not my children. Thank you! ### 2/5 — Upgrade from prior but still bad *2024-11-22* The prior app my Y used was so bad that there could only have been improvement, but this new one still doesn’t work well. My community account got tied to my daughter’s name in spite of me typing in my own name to register. I have received no response from sending multiple support requests to get it fixed. When I sign up for a class, it is her name that gets attached. You have to select the club you want every time you use the app with no ability to make it a “home” club to avoid this. When I check in at the y they say my membership is active and they are unable to sign me up for classes also because it says I don’t have an active membership once you try and sign up for class.
