Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off through your Account Settings post-purchase. If not deactivated, your subscription will auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period concludes. Renewal fees will be billed to your account within 24 hours leading up to the end of the present period. If you decide to cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the current period's end. While auto-renewal can be turned off, refunds for the ongoing subscription are not available. Should there be any free trial offers, any unused portion will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

### 2/5 — Free lifetime subscription now wants me to pay

Loved it, but now it wants me to buy again! I purchased the free lifetime subscription when it was offered and loved the app, then I stopped using it for awhile due to health issues. I went to use it again today and suddenly am being told I need to purchase a subscription. I already had a free lifetime subscription, I shouldn’t have to pay for another one.

I don’t know what is happening, but the email address and developer website for this app are not in service. I had lifetime access, but I could not find a restore purchase option. When the email bounced back, I tried to contact Apple, but since I got my membership on a freebie deal, there’s no receipt to base to query on. It’s all very weird, and I worry for those with paid subscriptions.

I have the lifetime membership but it keeps telling me to reset the app. It doesn’t store any of my data. I’ve not been given a fitness plan. Whenever I click on anything it says oops there seems to be a problem and to reset but again nothing happens. What am I to do? Your reply says everything was fixed and to try again but still the same thing. I was reading other reviews and it appears I’m not the only one having issues. This is so frustrating. Now I would have to pay to have this app. What am I supposed to do? I don’t feel I should have to pay when I was offered the $0 lifetime membership. How are you going to help me?

**Developer response:** Hey, thanks for downloading YzyFIT! You are totally right, we have noticed this error among other users as well. It looks like it's mostly connected to technical issues we had on our system on March 28th. 

The problem on our end is indeed fixed, but it looks like your app might be stuck at the same state it was during our system troubles. In that case, please uninstall the app, then download it again and log in using your credentials. That will give the app a fresh start and allow it to download all the required data (workouts, audio, etc.) from our servers instead of giving you this error.

I downloaded the app, got lifetime subscription and nothing works, asks me to subscribe to a plan again, no workout available, app keeps crashing.   Complete waste of time.  Probably just an other scam app.   Be careful.
