I purchased the free lifetime subscription when it was offered and loved the app, then I stopped using it for awhile due to health issues. I went to use it again today and suddenly am being told I need to purchase a subscription. I already had a free lifetime subscription, I shouldn’t have to pay for another one. ### 1/5 — Authentication error *2024-04-01, version 1.0.24* Downloaded, went through the setup process but when tried to create account, it kept returning “Authentication error”. Re-downloaded and tried to reset password. Email received and followed the reset process. Then tried to login with app but again “Authentication error”. Checked app purchase history and confirmed that the free subscription was done on 27/3/2024. ### 1/5 — Cannot Create Acount *2024-03-31, version 1.0.23* Every attempt at creating an account receive Authentication error. Very frustrating, wasting too much time trying to use this app. Complete waste of time. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2024-03-30* Thought this looked interesting and decided to give it a try. From the beginning it was frustrating, multiple tries to set an account, failure with no real idea what the problem could be. Finally seems to login and none of the input data was saved or showing in the account. Wanted this to work but don’t want to spend the time being frustrated over simple actions. Update: got a response from the developer that they had some systems issues and to try again if I was interested. Went through the whole onboarding process again to get to the final step where it throws an authentication error. Please fix. After getting a respo se from the developer letting me now they had been having some technical difficulties and those had been taken care of, i tried to sign in again, and........ lt still will not let me sign up/in. In that case, please uninstall the app, then download it again and log in using your credentials. Too bad ### 1/5 — Waste of time. *2024-03-27, version 1.0.23* When trying to sign up, the app just sits and spins. When I clicked on support I got pages of rules but no real support. There was no way to contact the developers. I deleted the app and tried on-boarding again. I got an error with no explanation of what is wrong. I tried to reset the password just to see if I could but I again got an error, no indication of what is wrong, and was told to try again later. I had lifetime access, but I could not find a restore purchase option. When the email bounced back, I tried to contact Apple, but since I got my membership on a freebie deal, there’s no receipt to base to query on. I created one but it never will complete the wheel just keeps spinning. I tried to log in got authentication error same when I tried to crea the account again. There could be more foods but theres a good amount. On the topic of food, the calories tracker is cool and is pretty easy to use, however, it could be easier. Instead of having to manually choose how many calories to remove, it would be faster if we were able to swipe or hold it down to have the option of deleting it (like how you swipe to delete instagram comments). My biggest complaint and the reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is the fact that whenever i go to voice options it crashes the app and wont let me send feedback, i'll be able to type everything out but it won't go through. It also stops my music whenever i start a workout which is irritating since i like to listen to it while i workout, an option to shut the voice off would be very appreciated and is my main concern. Another thing that would be cool to see is maybe a fasting tracker on the "Goals" section, it doesn't need to be much. Just something simple like the "LIFE" app has.
