The app isn’t as intuitive to use as I’d like and it would be great to be able to play them continuously if you want them for longer. I love the fact there is no data collection and it’s absolutely free. After I had purchased a frequency coil, the app the company made to use the coil has a high monthly fee. This was hugely disappointing to me as the coil was very expensive. ( If I’m spending more than a thousand dollars for a product the use of it should be included) So I was ecstatic to find this amazing app. The only thing I wish there was more of, is deeper descriptions of the sequences. Totally astounded and thriled me. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Difficult to listen- causes tinnitus in your ears *2026-04-19, version 2.2.11* I’ve never had ringing in my ears until I used this app. It causes health issues like tinnitus even 48 hours after use and their not the most pleasant frequencies to listen too. It’s a Pass for me ### 1/5 — Incredibly frustrating to use. *2025-04-10, version 2.2.5* Could be a genuinly wicked app but the truth is it just isn’t. It’s buggy. Long to get around. Quite un-user friendly. Cuts out if someone calls and then stops completely no matter where you are in a sequence of frequencies. You can’t edit and move frequencies once loaded into My Z-App. If you load too many frequencies it eventually just stops. Each time this stuff happens you have to manually swipe up and close the app and restart it. The list goes on. I love the machine and it’s worth dealing with to use the machine. But over all it could be so so much better.
