Can’t set a regular charging time. It keeps defaulting to 00. Only works in plug & go mode. It can only be used on one device even then fails to connect many times. The wifi is useless no better distance than blue tooth. Overall an absolute time waster. He intentado por meses que solucionen el poder cargar el coche por la noche y no han sido capaces, y al final han optado por dejar de contestar a los correos… mi coche es un Volvo y he probado con otras dos marcas de cargadores y funciona perfectamente pero por lo que sea ellos no son capaces de solucionarlo. En mi caso solo funciona para enchufar y cargar directamente. It's working well on my iPhone X and I haven't had any issues lately. Load balancing seems to be problematic, but that seems to be related to the installer. ### 4/5 — Solid app for the charger *2025-11-17, version 10.8.0* Works fine. Does what it is supposed to do… controls my ZBENY charger. Only control I’d like if technically possible is app control over the green LED light bar brightness on the charger. It is too bright. Like a lighthouse beacon of a night. Also, needs a manual in the app, as half of the control functions I have no idea what they are for. ### 4/5 — Good app, does what it needs to do. *2024-08-12, version 10.0.1* Generally a very good and reliable app to control the EV charger. Perhaps just a little clunky. ### 4/5 — Must reset chargers after update *2024-05-30, version 9.0.2* The app doesn’t work after the last update. Finally I figured out that the chargers must be deleted and added again. You will need the chargers PIN code for this. After adding them as new devices, the app works. ### 4/5 — Useful app to manage wall charger *2023-04-04, version 8.14.6* I like the way I can use the app choose the amperage to charge at. This means after calculating the amps needed to fully charge the EV in the time available, I can dial up the required value on the app and set it going. Has been installed for 6 months and still not performing as advertised. At least twice a week I get a ‘failed to connect. Please try again’ error. No amount of trying establishes a connection. The only solution is to power cycle the wall unit.
