I have read it in the previous reviews, but didn’t listen. This company is detrimental. Live booking and Pre-Booking gets you late all the time because they are disorganised and come SUPER late! They keep changing the minimum fair. Don’t dare paying with card via the app or link because they collect more money without your permission/knowledge. You call them for inquiry - they re-direct you to their email but nobody is answering emails.. Disgusting behaviour and attitude from most cab drivers and the company.

Was a good app up until the other week. 
Takes for ages to load anything now. Always crashes. Says my driver is on its way, then it suddenly says still looking for driver. 

You need to stop fiddling with something that wasn’t broken.
