There is zero run history - so understanding of my pump ran X times at any given point of time would be useful. The App Store app support link dumping you on the company homepage to just “figure it out from there” is just lazy and screams “we have zero interest in your feedback or issues getting to us with as little friction as possible”. There is zero in app support or feedback mechanisms. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work anymore *2026-02-09, version 5.3.0* This app used to function fine. Now it’s junk. I can’t log in. The email to reset my password never comes. Worthless. ### 1/5 — Aquanot 508 sump pump- App is totally worthless.. *2026-01-03, version 5.3.0* Just had this system installed today and cannot connect to Wi-Fi after many multiple attempts, keep getting error messages. etc. Also no option to contact customer service or tech support. Automatic testing of the unit once weekly and sends me notification that everything is working good. If my power goes out, it notifies me within 10 minutes that it’s lost connectivity with the device, which helps need to know to have someone check on things if the power is out for too long when I’m out of town. ### 1/5 — Share Device No Longer Working *2025-01-31, version 5.0.164* A device was shared with me and shows up as shared on the sharer’s app but no longer shows up on my app. It used to work and snd me email notifications of system test results but no longer works. ### 5/5 — Home owner *2024-03-14, version 4.0.126* This has been a great app to keep my house safe. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work well *2024-03-14, version 4.0.126* Can’t adjust battery install date but instead it always shows tomorrows date. Self test always shows tomorrows date. You guys say how proud you are keeping this in house. Maybe it’s time to let someone who knows what they are doing take over. Response to developer 3-14-24 Did you fix the issue with the battery install date? Did you fix the issue with self testing? If not then your response has nothing to do with my original review.
