I recently purchased this camera and downloaded the app. THE SAME PROBLEM EXISTS! The development team clearly does not seem to want to fix the issue. I would recommend a different brand that at least has an application that works properly ### 1/5 — Crashes. Return if you can. *2022-09-10, version 1.0.5* The app doesn’t work. It crashes every time I hit the camera or album button. I bought this camera in 2019 and stopped trying to use it because it doesn’t work. Now 3 years later I pulled it out to see if I could get it working . Downloaded the app again and still having the same issues. States that when charging there will be a red flashing light. Mine is just solid red. Don’t know what that means. I launch the app and connect via Wifi and it connects for a few seconds the the app crashes and goes to my home screen. This is not looking like a good purchase at the moment. I am going to leave the camera charging for a few hours and see if anything changes. I have older iPhone 5 with 12.5.1 and it works. It allows downloading of video and then can add to photos. ### 2/5 — Albums don’t work/camera only sometimes connects *2020-07-30, version 1.0.5* There is an option in app to view pictures, this just plain does not work. The app automatically crashes when you select it. I mainly bought this camera because they make it sound comparable to G•Pr•, that was my mistake. Unless this app is updated, which it won’t be judging by the last time it was, you will likely have to take the memory card out and transfer it to your device. Side note, the quality doesn’t look like 4K UHD to me... Also, you have to attempt to connect the camera multiple times even when you have the phone connected to the cameras WiFi. I just click connect like 20 times and eventually it connects. In other news, the app does have some decent settings like time lapse, slow mo, resolution, SD card storage, etc. ### 2/5 — Album ain’t showing *2020-01-19, version 1.0.5* Man the albums won’t pop up. Actually it will just shut the app off every time I click the option to view the album.
