Fix this problem now! ### 2/5 — Doesn't always work *2023-09-13* I have Al the notifications on. However it doesn't always inform you when you have an incoming call. This caused me to miss my phone interview twice a. I tried reaching out their tech customer support but was left waiting for someone to respond for a long time . I tried to delete and redownloaded the app . Same results. They were able to revenue 80 millions dollar recently based on google. They can't fix this ongoing problem ? ### 3/5 — Bug *2022-03-29* I typed In a number to call, it seems to me that the “call” button to dial does not work. It’s also taking long to load call history, I double check to see if my app needed an update…there isn’t any, this app has multiple flaws and is obstructive to my accessibility. ### 2/5 — Videomails *2021-01-05* Videomails does not upload full video, video is cut off in a few seconds of video. Missing video or laggy video. ### 1/5 — One of the worst interpreters *2020-04-15* The quality of interpreters including technology to serve high quality videos is non existent! One of them called me an a hole, one of them were eating and drinking while interpreting. One of them just hang up on me. And even worse non of my calls goes through my application. I only get an email or a text if I get a call and I have no freaking ability to answer my calls! I am transferring my account back to convo where I have never ever experienced any issues. ### 2/5 — This could be better. *2019-09-10* It’s so frustrating when I get emails of missed calls, important calls I’ve been waiting to get and the app doesn’t even notify me when someone is calling. My notification is on, all on. Then as soon as I check the app, my missed call list is empty, my video mail is empty. What??? I switched to this from Convo?? You better fix this because no way am I going to continue missing important calls and not get anything in the sign mail. Come on, y’all said you were better this time :( ### 2/5 — Good but horrible connections *2019-08-08* I had this app for about a month and had no problems but issues appeared just a few days ago. My iPad and iPhone had NO WiFi connections at work. At first, I thought it was the modem at work but when I made a call through my iPhone (using data connection), I immediately saw LTE icon switched to Z5 icon. When I was done with the call, the Z5 icon changed to WiFi icon and then back to LTE icon. I tested my iPad by uninstalling the Z5 app and PAH! My iPad’s WiFi works!! You guys have updated this, and while it looks great, there STILL is not a flash alert built into the app. I feel that this is not fully accessible for deaf people, because there’s no visual flash alert. Not everyone holds their phone all day to feel the vibrate alert. When I called ZVRS to complain about this, I was told to check the settings in my phone, blah blah blah. Then I was told to take my phone to the store to have it looked at. That was an insult. ZVRS should have the common sense to include a flash alert IN THE APP. With this being said, I’m staying with Sorenson, because they have myRumble, which gives me the option to CHOOSE my flasher and vibrate. The choose to be fully accessible to their customers. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t even work. *2018-04-27, version 13.02* I dialed and it kept dialing, never get through to relay person. It's not mobile friendly, does not login effectively, place calls (will say preparing for 5 minutes), and no alert or pop up of someone calling- a text notification after the call was made. Contacting customer service... yep "preparing". This Company need to fix this bug and upgrade too so its not my problem and doing your job and make change!!! ### 1/5 — iPhone phone call app deny button bug *2024-01-09* Whenever I am on a call with an interpreter and I recieve a call from the iPhone call app the deny call button overlaps the interpreter app. If i click deny the call that actually cause the interpreter app to be completely closed. this is a serious issue especially for emergency situations as recently when i was speaking to 911 with an interpreter I was interrupted by a call and when I clicked deny it ended my interaction with my interpreter. This is happening to other iPhone users on iOS 17 software could you please address this bug as I have reached out to apple as well. ### 1/5 — ZVRS IS TOXIC, STAY AWAY! *2023-06-22* I remember why I left ZVRS and their misbehavior jogged my memory. My account manager wasted my time waiting while she was checking on the status of what I returned to ZVRS then she came saying she was ‘swamping other things’ and willing to check on the other day. She asked me to call her, but whenwe called me, she said I will call you back. Seriously?! Everytime I contact my account manager, she's always giving me excuses so that person doesn't have to help me. That is not okay to tell me that at the last minute. I tried to call the customer service, this is the reason why I remember I resigned from it years ago. They wasted more of my time while the call was on the ringing screen for more than one hour testing my patience. I believe they are ignoring incoming calls. Very poor video quality. NOT OKAY!!!! This is why Sorenson is way better than ZVRS. They will cut off your internet when you make a call while you're using a video app to watch a movie, they denied the truth and blame my internet provider. When I was making a call, my movie stopped playing. When I closed the ZVRS app, my movie started working again. Those lying jerks! They will aggravate and pick on you to transfer your Sorenson number with ZVRS instead of providing a new one. Stay away from ZVRS, BEWARE! ### 1/5 — Bug *2023-06-13* Please fix Z5 app!!! It’s very urgent and issue with the call button to dial does not work and someone call my videophone not show of dial eventually late dial it. It’s taking long to loading calls history and late notifications too. So I was checked on if my app needed update .. there no update.. it’s very huge issued ! I contacted the customer service through email explaining my problem and they emailed me back to call their customer service for assistance...... ????? I’m certain they don’t even read their emails. I tried almost everything under the sun, from resetting my iPhone to delete and reinstall the Z5 app with no valid result. I absolutely love having access to all my contacts in one place. I like being able to remove recent calls. It’s really cool to have firefly connection to alert me to calls from another room. It’s very nice being able to look up numbers and see map view of the business I'm looking for. I have just one suggestion — allow options to change the background instead of seeing "camera view" when opening the app. ### 5/5 — Works great!! *2014-11-27, version 11.0* Works great for me. Some users have reported issues which have since been fixed. Others are having issues because of iOS 8 update. If you are experiencing issues make sure to go to settings > privacy and turn camera, microphone and location services on. If you still have issues then call Z tech support.
