Last timw they were 2 hours late order, I asked them to cancel and refund, and I'm still waiting fory refund 2 weeksater. Call center peoe are rude, their service is terrible. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2020-12-11, version 6.0* Sorry guys, I’m a fan of ZWZ but the new app is absolutely horrible. It’s got NOTHING RIGHT. Neither the UI nor the UX. Nor does it have Apple Pay, nor does it have order tracking. Even the promo codes that showed the discount, I ended up being charged for the full thing. Guys, if you want people to use your app so you don’t pay a cut to Talabat or Deliveroo, then you better make a decent app. ### 1/5 — Dreadful app and even worse customer service *2020-10-24, version 3.3.6* And no matter how many times you click on no plastic cutlery and even call them to insist that they don’t include it, you will get tons of it every single time. Sadly I love the food and wish the franchise would change hands. Other ordering apps are much simpler and easier to use. In this one: problems with understanding your way around it. App menu is not easily found. Even food menu is difficult to navigate. Entering your data is no compatible with phone screen (data is hidden while you type - am using iphone). Payment data has to be entered every time. In general too poor and backdated app. Looks like it was done ages ago! Get on deliveroo or ubereat. Much easier to order through those ones! Why don't zwz work with Deliveroo or Uber eats. Pretty easy to use. The second time, I decided to use my credit card. Wrong choice. It charged my card but the app crashed.
