Again great job marketing and making it "user friendly" ( at first) but if your gonna release an app, make sure we don't have to struggle placing our basic information. In conclusion what I'm complaining about it the feedback from the buttons and the fact that the app shouldn't crash so much. Thank you ### 1/5 — Broken process. Extremely late delivery and cold food *2016-12-24, version 2.0* App is good with a few bugs, but the delivery process is a disaster. Three times in a row they were extremely late. They promised 30 mins and delivered in over an hour. And each time they would call to check for the address although not only I have given the full address in the app, but also the google maps pin as per the app. I even pasted a link to the google maps pin to make it super easy. Yet delivery was a disaster. ### 2/5 — Useless - doesn't work in the UAE any more *2016-12-05, version 1.9* Been using the old app just fine in Dubai for years. Was forced to upgrade to this new version only to find that I can't order from the UAE any more. The new UI is pretty but there's no real advantage over the previous app usability or content wise and the fact that it no longer works at all in the UAE (which I only discovered after wasting a bunch of time in the in the onboarding process) is super irritating. Used to love ZWZ. No more. A big step backwards. I’m not sure why do I keep ordering from their app while I can order through delivery apps. Maybe because I like them and I’m not willing to have delivery apps take that commission out of their pockets? Here’s why I don’t recommend the app. 1. ZwZ app users should get priority in delivery: faster and first. But that’s not the case, ordering from an app like Jahez always gets you your food faster than ZwZ app (ZwZ could take as much as two hours and a half) 2. ZwZ app won’t grant you any loyalty points. 3. ZwZ app users have to enter credit card details in every transaction. Other apps save your credit card details and spare you the time. 4. ZwZ app doesn’t offer any promotions or special offers, while you can actually get ZwZ offers when ordering from other delivery apps!! 5. ZwZ app tracking is not accurate at all. While delivery apps tracking is very accurate. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the preparation and presentation, and I’m always impressed with the service in person. However, the app really needs improvement. I wasn’t able to add my address because not all Lebanese areas are listed, even though there’s a branch nearby. It’s frustrating to be within reach of the restaurant but unable to order due to limited location options. Also, there’s no way to contact support directly through the app or leave feedback about the service, which makes it hard to report issues or share suggestions.
