I have deleted and reinstalled. Turned my phone off and on. Just spins and spins. ### 4/5 — My Zable credit card *2026-03-17* I am enjoying the relationship. I have formed with the Zable credit card company, and now realizing they have rewarded my responsible handling of my account thank you ### 2/5 — App is glitchy *2026-02-23* The card, low interest and lack of fees are great. The app is glitchy as hell, though. Often I’ll try to open the app, and it won’t log in to my account automatically, and then the activation link it sends to my email won’t work. I would just check my account from my computer, but you can’t do that. Go on the Zable website and they make you get the app to check your account. App is atrocious and makes logging in a completely nightmare, then doesn’t support any of the viewing in-app, just opens a web viewer sheet. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — False advertising *2026-08-21* So this company sent me a letter but I could get a limit up to $5000 once I fill out my information on their website and in fine print they put that I am approved for up to 5000 which I already have around a 700 credit score and I have cards currently with three to $5000 limit. I was excited to try this new company but once they gave me the $800 limit I chose to close the account and I wanted the hard inquiry and the account removed from my credit score because I didn’t even have the account two minutes. The people on the phone told me that a supervisor cannot get back to me for up to 30 days. This company is literally insane and they are based in the United Kingdom. This company will never survive in the USA. They have very predatory tactics buyers we were. ### 1/5 — No good *2026-08-08* Had no problems with the app. But I did have a problem trying to transfer my Zable balance to a zero interest card. Zable will not accept a balance transfer payment from another bank. All my other cards will. Why not Zable. Seems sketchy to me. Will not use card again. Oh yeah and there is absolutely zero customer service. If you want to do business with a company like this, go ahead. I will not ### 1/5 — Do not use this card *2026-08-03* This card is trash. The Apr is ridiculous and there is no customer support. I tried to transfer my balance to another card and Zable wouldn’t accept the payment. If you have a balance pay it off and close the account. Throw the card in the trash. Because it’s trash. I tried contacting support who escalated it to a supervisor. I never heard back. So, I’m paying off the account and never using this service again. I made like 3 payments & was credited for only 2! Daily my available balance is being automatically debited. I requested their corporate office address & they wud not give it to me!
