I was sent cards out that I didn’t ask for; when trying to contact them on the matter there appears to be no obvious way of contacting them let alone complaining to their Customer Service team. 1 star because I couldn’t give a lower score. ### 1/5 — Awful awful app *2026-08-25, version 5.31.0* So to start with you have to set a payment date up, even if you have paid the minimum for the month they still take this payment. Second of all they refuse to link or accept payment from debit cards that are from Revolut, the biggest growing bank in the uk! How can they actually refuse a payment from a debit card from a uk bank, shocking it is allowed tbh.
