При бронировании приходит подтверждение о брони, при этом администраторы объектов не имеют понятия о предстоящей брони, не отслеживают бронирования, не обновляют цены и, по их собственным словам, даже доступа в свой аккаунт не имеют. Хорошо путешественнический опыт подсказал найти телефоны и связаться с объектами. Ни одна из соих трех якобы подтвержденных объектом броней не была реальна, о них просто не имели понятия и нас никто не ждал. Это было бы прекрасно, когда мы в разгар сезона в 20.00 явились бы на заселение туда, где нас не ждали и понятия не имели о нашем заезде. Не говоря уже о том, что подтвержденное за 4000 рублей проживание в реальности на объекте стоит 9000 рублей (по словам администратора цены 4000 нет в принципе на их объекте).
При этом в приложении ни салюты поддержки, ничего нет.

Такое просто нельзя выпускать на рынок, это обман потребителя.
