This app is compatible with the following ZACO robot vacuum cleaner models: A9sPro, A10 and V5x (purchase date after mid 2020). With the ZACOHome app, you can conveniently control your robot from anywhere. Extensive map management with room and zone classification, individual cleaning schedules and customizable suction power are just a few of the many app features. This gives you ultimate control over your ZACO robot. The ZACOHome app allows you to integrate your robot vacuum cleaner to your smart home system and allowing you to also operate your ZACO by voice control. *** Functions vary depending on the robot model *** SMART MAPPING Precise map management allows you to map out your home individually. When cleaning for the first time, the robot automatically creates a map, which can then be adjusted as desired. For example, separate different rooms, name them or add virtual walls. You can save up to 3 different maps (e.g. one per floor). ZONE CLEANING With the ZACOHome app you can divide your home into different zones that have different functions. Carpet zones, for example, are automatically cleaned with maximum suction power and purposefully left out when mopping. Thanks to the To-Go zones, you can also have custom areas cleaned, which you drew on the map yourself. Of course, you can also select rooms that have been previously divided up for cleaning. FLEXIBLE CLEANING SCHEDULES Do you want to clean the kitchen every day at 9am, but the living room only once a week? The timer function can be set according to your needs for each room, map or to-go zone individually by day and time. NO-GO ZONES Protect fragile objects simply with the help of No-Go-Zones. The ZACO robot specifically omits these on its cleaning trip. You can save up to 10 different no-go zones. SIDE BRUSH SPEED The speed of the side brushes is infinitely variable, which means that even coarse dirt can be picked up without any problems. This way, with the low side brush speed, no more cat litter or dry food will fly around your home. ADJUSTABLE CLEANING The suction power can be infinitely adjusted. For example, the suction power can be reduced in the study if the robot needs to be a little quieter or increased in the kitchen to suck up every last crumb. The amount of water used for mopping can also be adjusted between three strength levels, making it ideal for any type of hard floor. For delicate floors, the "Gentle" setting is particularly suitable. War sehr zufrieden mit ihm, würde jedoch wegen der App keinen neuen Zaco kaufen. ### 1/5 — Unzuverlässig *2026-02-09, version 1.4.5* Die App macht 50% der Probleme des A10pro aus. Andauernd werden Stati nicht synchronisiert, sie ist innötig kompliziert und der Karteneditor ist ein Witz. Es werden Räume miteinander verbunden die im Haus gegenüber voneinander positioniert sind, ergo nicht verbunden sein können. Manchmal überschreibt sich die Karte auch doppelt mit Versatz. Alle zwei Monate muss ich alles neu Mappen lassen, das geht jetzt schon 2 Jahre so. Nie wieder Zaco. ### 1/5 — Drecksapp *2025-12-09, version 1.4.5* Ich erstelle eigentlich nie Rezensionen, aber hier muss ich mal ne Ausnahme machen! Diese App ist der größte Müll! Warum? Aus folgenden Gründen: 1. Ich kann meinen Roboter mit dieser Müllapp nicht verbinden! Ich muss dafür das Android Smartphone meiner Frau benutzen, damit ich es ins Netzwerk integrieren kann… Mit iOS funktioniert es einfach nicht, da es sich beim Netzwerk auswählen aufhängt bzw. tot sucht. 2. Permanent verliert die App die Verbindung zum Roboter. Sie wirft ihn regelmäßig aus der App, was zur Folge hat, dass der Kampf mit dem im Punkt 1 angegebenen Problemen zur Folge hat. Und 3. muss ich mich ständig in der App neu anmelden. ### 1/5 — WTH!!! *2025-02-19* It doesn’t work so many bugs ### 1/5 — Schlechteste App überhaupt! *2025-02-02, version 1.4.4* Der Sauger funktioniert wirklich in Ordnung, aber die App ist eine Katastrophe. Auf jedem Gerät gibt es andere Probleme. Bei mir ist es so, dass nach dem anmelden und einrichten des Saugers alles erstmal funktioniert. Sobald man die App dann aber schließt und später wieder öffnen hat die App den Sauger vergessen und man muss alles wieder von vorne anmelden. Absolutes No Go! Ich habe auch ein neues iPhone, an meinem Handy liegt es also nicht. ### 1/5 — Passwort vergessen *2025-01-05, version 1.4.3* Die Funktion Passwort vergessen funktioniert nicht.
