Went to the zadar tourist office. Fobbed off by the attractive lady there who just said install this app. 

Programming is probably good but info is rubbish. All the rooms I clicked on did not have a web site. No prices advertised. For a foreign tourist I am not going to phone each suggested site to ask for prices and location (oh yes the map did not show their location). Uninstalled and going to use booking dot com. Feel sorry for the programmer. He probably tried to do his best but rubbish data in rubbish results out.
