ZADI offers the first female targeted, high intensity interval training, boutique studio. Developed by exercise science experts, incorporating first to market innovative technology, with smaller trainer to participant ratios and an environment that prioritises female targeted fitness. Our female targeted programs are exclusive to ZADI. They’re unique and simple, and are not only backed by science, but are fun, balanced, challenging and achieve real results.

What’s in the ZADI app?
YOUR STUDIO: Discover in the ‘facility’ area of the app all the programmes, classes and challenges that your studio promotes
VIRTUAL COACH: Easily choose the workout you want to do in the ‘movement’ section and let the app guide you through the workout 
ONLINE BOOKINGS: Use the app to easily find the classes of your interest and book a spot. You will receive smart reminders to help you not to forget your appointment.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITY: keep track of your outdoor activities directly via the app or automatically synchronise the data you have stored in other applications such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings
