But then it logged me out and wouldn’t let me back in. I tried doing forgot password and it just gives me an error code. This app function was one of the reasons why I got the fan. Thankfully the fan is really good otherwise I would have returned it. ### 1/5 — Network Error *2026-06-09* I really enjoyed the app for the first two weeks I got the air conditioner. Now the AC is “offline” despite being connected to my wifi router. When I logged out of the app to see if logging in again helped, all I get is “network error.” ### 1/5 — This app is horrid *2026-06-09* It takes a lot for me to write a review of an app, but after an experience so horrible I don’t know how I couldn’t. I would have had a better experience with my air conditioner if it wasn’t a smart device just because of how poorly executed this was. The app is so glitchy, the unit frequently disconnects from WiFi for no reason, you will get locked out of your account randomly and be unable to reset anything, and their customer service is non existent. App is logged out nearly EVERY time I open it. Its a portable AC window unit, its not like my account is tied to credit cards and bank accounts. Pairing is hit or miss whether you even have the option. Mostly the loading circle of death is what you’ll see. Unit works fine but app is useless. ### 1/5 — Works… like 10% of the time *2026-07-25* Absolutely useless most of the time. But when it works you can control your unit from anywhere. Schedules get ignored (which is pretty much the main reason for having the app), you can’t turn off the led reliably, and a myriad of other little things that just add up to a horrible user experience. These two capabilities were the only reason I bought two fans. But, your app is horrible, low quality, you close the session every time I turn off my phone or disconnect from the internet, it doesn’t make sense that I have to put username and password every time I change my wifi network or exchange between cellular data and wifi, additional that always happens, it has NETWORK ERROR, and I spend hours trying to enter my account. I have yet to see if there’s some sort of alarm that notifies me to drain the unit, if it ever gets to that point, so stay tuned. Also, just for the companies feedback, there is a timer on the application that lets you set how long it will run before it automatically shuts off. One of the many function, but it is labeled “range” in the application, which is an odd word choice. You should probably use “timer”. On a sidenote, everything about both the application and the AC unit Clearly show that you have a commitment to quality, and it’s much appreciated. Have the A9048E-6k ### 5/5 — Just opened *2025-07-10* I just opened up the ac and have it turned on it seems to be cooling the room down quickly it’s been on for 20 mins and it’s already gone down 2 degrees within 3 rooms. The app is very easy to make an account and I love that it tells you the current temperature in the room and the humidity.
