The last update was last year. Everytime I turn on Bluetooth, I have to pair my keyboard again! It is very frustrating! ZAGG is a brand I’ve used for ages and really have enjoyed using but this is really making me think of getting another brand. ### 1/5 — Not connected *2024-03-31, version 1.17* My keyboard IS connected but the app says it is not. Yes, they keep sending me new ones but maybe the keyboard case shouldn’t need to be replaced every 2-3 months. Now the firmware update engine doesn’t work. I downloaded this app next on my iPad and tried again, but still got the No Keyboard Detected message. It gets stuck on the 'keyboard not connected message' even when the keyboard is connected and all settings have been double checked, restarts completed and app reloaded. I have 3 different Zagg keyboards. 2 NEW, one older. Each get the same notice- Keyboard not connected - I assume that the developer has not considered that there are several models of Zagg Keyboards that fall within the description that they have not included in the app. Please try updating. But I found it to work just as advertised. It detected my device (Zagg Pro Keys). It detected that my firmware was out of date. It downloaded and installed the new firmware. And it provided a status. The whole process took less than 2 minutes. Voila! What more can be asked? ### 4/5 — The app functions properly *2022-12-25, version 1.10* The app must be downloaded to the iPad to function (not phone). It then downloads and installs a firmware update to the pro-keys keyboard. Don’t notice any change in keyboard’s functions but that’s ok. ### 3/5 — Not for all Zagg keyboards? *2023-08-07, version 1.14* I am not sure this app supports older keyboards for 6th gen 9.7 inch ipads. Message says keyboard not connected. There is no information on the Zagg website explicitly stating there is an update for my keyboard and the corporate Zagg number does not answer after 45 mins of being on hold with the auotomated system. I simply called to ask if there are updates for the keyboard. Other than that the keyboard works fine so far.
