I can see that category dropped down for claim is not working since last more than one year. I’m not sure how other people are able to claim reimbursement. due to these issue, I am not able to claim expenses multiple times, and it incur tax on my head. It always requests for OTP and logs in when I open the app, usually after 2/3 days.
