Dulu pake ipad (rekomendasi dr marketing) ternyata muncul error. Dibilang device tdk support… ganti device, konsultasi dulu sama CS direkomendasikan pakai sunmi, akhirnya beli device di ZAHIR langsung + beli scannernya, habis 7 juta lebih (ini beli langsung di zahir loh). Setelah itu error teruuus tiap hari ada aja errornya -+ 1 tahun. Trs ketika dikirim ke pihak sunmi dia bilang device saya GA SUPPORT sama app zahir posx (dia bilang posx terlalu berat utk device saya). Rugi dong 7jt++ itu. Yg bikin sy kecewa saya ga asal beli. Saya beli atas rekomendasi zahir dan belinya Juga di zahir. Skarang sudah ganti tab samsung. Penggunaan sudah aman -+ 6 bulan. Tapi kenapa bulan ramadhan ini error ga berhenti2 tiap hari ada aja errornya. Masalah utama produk tdk muncul juga lama banget ditangani. Ini ramadhan udah mau selesai masih belum ada perbaikan. Jujur sangat kecewa selama pakai zahir
